Challenge

Monta has a few culture corner stones. These are highlighted on their website, but it could be highlighed more on other platforms. Create a small campaign with the focus on these culture points.

Goal

We ended up wanting to highlight, not only the culture points, but the company as a whole, and how it is being employed there. We decided on turning it into a video campaign making the asset more human and real. This was an opportunity to highlight an employee/or employees that live the company values every day. We went through a list of employees and chose Viktor to represent the value: Trust & Transparency.

Impact

The video performed better than expected with 150+ likes, 23 comments, 7 reposts on linkedin, and over 700 views on instagram, being the best-performing post of the quarter.
